  Good old fast food has a certain charm, though it comes with its flaws. Most of the employees are young kids working for minimum wage, often juggling school or other responsibilities. Because of that, the service can feel rushed or inconsistent, and the quality sometimes reflects the price. You get what you pay for—or even a little less on a bad day. Still, there’s a comfort in the familiar menu, the quick turnaround, and the affordability. It’s a convenient option when you need a meal in a hurry, and for many, that alone makes it worth the occasional letdown.

  If I could put 0 I would. Constantly out of stuff and I’ve never seen lines take this long at any fast food place. Staff is usually rude and you can see none of them want to be there. Makes for a pretty uncomfortable experience as a customer.

  Ordered snack wraps and a Coke Zero. After I paid, I was told there was no Coke Zero and could it be substituted for Diet Coke. I told them no so they claimed the manager would change it and to pull to the front. The chicken for the wraps was old and dry and they still gave me Diet Coke instead of zero probably thinking I would not know the difference. No integrity and food is not fresh. I get it’s McDonald’s but still.

  Ordered a sausage bagel, was handed my food and drove off and realized there was no sausage. Manager asked for the sandwich back. Me thinking she was going to make me a whole new sandwich. She did not. Same sandwich now with sausage. No apologies were said. Not even sympathy.
