  Waited 33 minutes for happy meal and 2 cheeseburger combo. No one at the front counter. And order was wrong.

  Wrong drink, incomplete order, obviously the people working here don't care. McDonald's, your food is good. Maybe you should figure out how to run the business without people.

  we had been waiting over 45 minutes and my partner had to go inside twice to get them to add cheese to our “cheeseburgers”! The first time around it was literally only bun and ketchup… the second time going inside it was the same thing they just added onions to the burgers and still no cheese!! we eventually just gave up and we will not be back. This is so ridiculous it’s almost comical.

  Went for breakfast. Went to order a McGriddle combo like always. The old woman on the register was clearly new. I am lactose intolerant and asked for no cheese. She insisted that she could only remove the cheese if she rang up the items individually instead of a combo (I know that is wrong bc I have done it before and never had an issue). I asked if that would change the price and she said yes. So she tried to charge me more money for less product. She even went to ask someone for help (I assume bc she left the mic for a minute after telling me to wait in the middle of my order) and still couldn't get it right. Make it make sense.
