  I've been sitting in the dining area for 20 mins waiting on my order. If I had not already paid I would have walked out. I don't know if it's poor staffing or general indifference but this place is awful.

  Most of our food was either wrong or tasted old. Long wait times for us and everyone else around us. We were too far down the road to try to get it remade. Don't recommend it, just go to Zaxby's next door like we were going to do.

  The nuggets have been PERFECT lately. Whatever you’re doing, keep it up. I used to throw them out almost every single time because they were soggy, gross and inedible.

  Please keep up the good work. The food came out hot and fresh at almost 9PM, I can’t remember the last time I had hot fast food. Service was quick and friendly.

  I am ranking this McDonald’s location below average. It obviously has nothing to do with the staff nor the quality of the food, all which are totally fine. Especially the staff. I don’t go to this location often, but I ordered through my app for breakfast. Automatically off the bat as I ordered a coffee, complete fan of the Mocha ll and noticed that anything (including sugar was an added charge) for me to add 3 sugars it was a $1.00 total! And then another $1.00 for me to add two pumps of caramel. The coffee was over $6.00 by with just those 2 extras in there. I am okay with being charged extra, but the sugar was ridiculous! I literally can buy Starbucks and pay less than I did with this Mocha coffee. I mentioned this to the cashier after pulling up to the cash window, where not only was I welcomed by the employee, but this huge camera to the right off him starring directly in front of God and everybody including myself when I went to collect my receipt. I totally understand that security cameras are important and for the safety of the customer but I felt very uncomfortable b/c this camera did NOTHING but focus on me. When I spoke to the wonderful cashier I simply asked him about the coffee extras and how outrageously expensive my coffee was, he apologized, but explained to me that the former franchise owner sold and there was a new franchise owner and that was their policies. I wouldn’t recommend getting your coffee from there at all. I am also not certain how the lunch and dinner extras go, but if you want to be nickled and dimmed to death this is the place for you.!
