  My first time here. I had the spicy fried chicken with mashed potatoes. Wifey had the Atlantic boil. We also had the crab and shrimp dip. All of it was really good. Atmosphere was laid back. Service was good. We would definitely try it again. They had a few other options on the menu I would like to try.

  We just left and was not impressed. About 4 tables were seated when we walked in. We didn’t know what to order nor where any suggestions made to us. We got the crab dip which was okay, those huge chunks of cream. cheese were left on the plate. For our entree, we both ordered the Crab Everything! This dish was horrible. The pasta was so dry. The server asked us to mixed it up because the sauce was at the bottom. We did and it was still dry noodles. The crab legs were on a diet when caught because they were so small. The rice appeared and taste to be day old rice. What a horrible choice we made on our last day here! Do better!

  Kind of bummed about this experience. We were super jazzed to come here because joes was a big memory of ours as kids and the one where we lived closed 10+ years ago. Our waitress could care less about our presence which I understand if she is having a bad day. My husband ordered joes mixed plate. Everything was good for this but she did not bring anything for the crab as in utensils, wet wipes , bib or butter which was odd. I got the salmon and my plate was obviously sitting under the warmers for a long time which is wild because your food didn’t take that long. But the plate was so hot and so was the salmon that it was dry and not great. I freaking loved this place growing up and I literally would hate for it to be out of business. I think there this some really good opportunities to improve that are easy. Having a viable manager or supervisor would probably help .

  I’m a myrtle beach native, I just recently turned 21 and came into today to order a drink with my family. I was denied because my ID is vertical.. I understand it’s not the fault of the servers, and they were very kind about it, this is for corporate. My ID is valid and you know that people who are coming in are mostly valid, if you don’t, get a scanner. you are loosing real business due to a policy that is built on yall not having a good system in place. this is a vacation town and you will have so many people coming from out of state with verticals and those newly 21. come summer i think you will see this policy is shit and people will just go over to margaritaville. made me feel like a teenager again, actually ridiculous. i got my shark attack in the end btw. ✌🏻

  Absolutely fantastic!! We have visited many times but we visited week after spring break so the place was empty. But service was still fantastic. Music was set right and we didn’t feel uncomfortable. And I thought that maybe since place was empty food may not be up to par. Boy was I wrong, still as delicious as every time. Even the manager came out to talk to my husband about the flavors used. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!!! Can’t wait to visit again! Truthfully price was about the same as Benjamin’s. But tastes way better and crab was way fresher!!! And we got a bib with our meal!!
