  First I showed up 4 minutes before my orders time and when I told the guy behind the counter I ordered online he was very condescending that I was “early” even though he had already made my order. Then I got home and realized he didn’t even make the right sandwich and there were practically no veggies on the sub. Overall terrible experience, this was my first and last time ordering from this location.

  Saturated in mustard and oil, it was like eating a juicy sub or something. Gross!

  I ordered $35 worth of food and had to throw half of it away. When I arrived, the restaurant smelled so strongly of marijuana, and I quickly realized it was one of the workers (Caucasian, curly hair, light eyes), as he walked past me on the way out the door with someone from the neighboring restaurant (in uniform). I know it’s hard to get workers who aren’t using drugs, but based on recent reviews, if some changes aren’t made here, you won’t have a restaurant. Two of my 4 sandwiches, which happened to be for my kids, who are small and picky, were flat-out wrong. This was even after I noticed one of the sandwiches was missing. So, they made it on the spot, apologetically. They asked me what was supposed to be on it, and they STILL made it wrong. Get some employees who are not as high as kites if you value your customer base. We won’t be back.

  Jimmy John's is a National Sub Shop chain. Their locations are known for quick service and consistently good food. This location was very quick for a three person order. It was also nice to see them busy. We had a very minor mistake that the young lady called us about right away and comped us some sweet treats. I highly recommend the entire chain based on experience and I specifically include this store in my recommendation.
