Told us pull around and walked away mid what i was saying to her. Went to the window and asked for a refund. Told them what was missing AGAIN and the guy accused us of eating the burgers and lying about the fries which i clearly showed him. He asked for the drinks and bag back which i gave back he proceeded to throw the bag at the window as a raging fit and gave us out refund. Happy new yrs yall. Dont get food here all i can say.

I placed a Wendy’s mobile order for 4 frostys and we went to pick them up, as I had already paid on the app. We get to the window and the man tells us they have no frostys. He didn’t offer us anything else as a substitution and asked what we wanted to do. We told him we wanted a refund which he informed me he couldn’t do since I paid on the app, which is okay. I then go on my app to try to get a refund and I couldn’t find out where to go, so I asked him and a female worker began laughing at me and saying slick remarks, telling me they don’t know how to work the app. The man also told me to drive to another Wendy’s location to get our frosty’s even though I know it’s a different franchise. I still am out of the money I paid and I have no way to get a refund. This place is AWFUL!!! Management please do better and don’t just brush it off. I know the frosty’s were able to be made, they just didn’t want to since they closed in 2 hours. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I know.
