    I have waited 40 minutes to get drive thru. Only one car ahead of me! Had to repeat my simple order 3 times! Is Wendy's trying to fail!!

    Great food. The fries were perfect! They were hit and crispy. The burger was good, but not as warm. The bread was cold. The frosty was just right. The people were friendly. I have been back since this review. I had to get another frosty!

    This place was a complete joke. When I pulled up to the speaker box. I was told to wait because crew members were switching shifts. I work at a Wendy’s and never have we ever told a customer to wait because we were switching shifts. Then proceeded to wait 7 minutes! When I pull up to the window. I was still asked to wait after i explained to the worker I’ve been waiting for almost 10 minutes. I asked what was taking so long, he told me “they were counting drawers”. When we count drawers at my location we proceed to take the order anyways and if we are unable to take the order, we certainly DONT hold the customer for 7 minutes! I asked to speak to the manager and no one came to the window. Worst customer service ever!
