    First up pulled up at 9pm some dude blaring rap music, smoking a cigarette taking out the trash I guess was just staring at me as I pulled in. Food order fast but making it was a different story. Ordered 10 nuggets and got 9 and two of them were spicy nuggets?? Laziness beyond belief. Burgers had rotten tomatoes and onion and wilted lettuce and covered in way to much sauce. This might be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Stop hiring bad people who just wanna hangout and get high and not work. If you are thinking of going here DONT! You have been warned and corporate should investigate this establishment.

    Went in for a quick lunch with my kids. We ordered our food, got our drinks and sat in lobby. The wait for the food was a little long, almost 10 minutes... which at lunch hour is too long. Especially since the fries were NOT fresh. I really dont mind waiting a few minutes, but NOTHING tasted fresh. The same complaints that I have with most fast food these days... increased cost to the consumer with diminished quality of product.

    We went through the drive through the person in front of us asked 4x for a large sprite.the customer repeated back 4x Large fries?? I Get to the intercom, asked for the meal that comes with the nuggets and a drink. I Asked for a burger also , she saud it comes with a drink?? I tried to explain?? She says she doesnt understand?? I get to the window. She hands me 2 receipts?? She rang both up seperate?? She gives me 1 drink?? When I question why I was charged for another drink?? The girls is going bezerk, running her mouth. The manager tells her to hush, I ask is there a problem. I Didnt ask them to give me the credit back on the drink they charged. Just to give us the other drink for the meal deal. I said I was going to call corporate. All 3 of them in the window said go ahead. They close the window. The one lady opens the window hands me a bag. I look in the bag 1 hamburger...thats it..no meal deal...All of this hassle over adding a burger?? Then I get attitude ?? I paid for the meal deal, never received it. I Got charged extra for another drink. All this in front of my special needs child with Autism. I had to give him my burger Then run to another fast food restaraunt. His sugar was getting low. I didnt want to upset him more. I ended up spending more money. ! I Did call corporate. I never did get refunded. I dont have the app.! Your Wendy's corporation supervisors need to go in as secret customers!
