I love top golf & always enjoy coming here. But tonight we had a really horrible server, named Daphney.. She needs to do better. Barely even saw her & she had a poor attitude. I don’t think this is the job for her.

Good luck changing reservation. Their phone lines are AI and constantly keeps hanging up on me. The online app will not go through.

We had an excellent time for our 1st trip there. Our waiter’s name was Jordan and he was excellent, excellent service and explained everything to us. We will definitely be going back again.

Worst TopGolf venue, customer service, basic bland food. I’m from Sacramento, California. I EXPECT a certain level of customer service, partly why I moved here after my vacation. So disappointing.
Seems to be an issue with certain looking people. I review places, food, restaurants and I will be letting all my viewers know how I sat on hold for 20 minutes and kept getting the run around after I tried to speak to a manager the next day.
We were watched like hawks all night. I was with my family of 4 including two children not teens, children and this was the worst experience ever. They even stood behind us watching us, whispering and sent security. Lolol. People should really act professional when representing a company. Especially this one.
We will fulfilled the contract, but I won’t buy the platinum membership here not with that type of treatment. Smdh
And I don’t want some raggedy apology! Save it!
