It always happens at the same time, on their evening shifts. There will always be a minor item missing. At first I thought it was a mistake but after the third time I think it's deliberate. It will always be the low value item, like the nacho chips missing, or a burrito missing, etc. Check your orders before you pull away from the drive through window. I've never had issue with my walk in orders, just during the same time in the evening on the drive thru, so whatever is going on it's there.
