Consistent Inconsistency My experience at this particular Taco Bell can be summarized in one word: consistency. Unfortunately, it is consistently bad. Every visit is a gamble, where the odds are heavily in favor of something being missing, incorrect, or lukewarm. It's reached a point where checking the bag before pulling away from the drive-thru is no longer a recommendation—it's a requirement. This level of regular error suggests a systemic issue with training and quality control, not just an occasional mistake. The Sauce Incident: A Hot Mess Today's visit perfectly illustrates the problem, culminating in a frankly stunning display of poor customer service. 1. The Order: I requested Diablo and Hot sauces. 2. The Error: The drive-thru cashier handed me Diablo and Fire. 3. The Correction Attempt: When I politely pointed out the error and asked if they were out of Hot sauce (since I didn't want Fire), the cashier, instead of simply correcting the mistake, responded with an eye-rolling attitude and a fake smile: "Well now you have every sauce in the restaurant." This is not customer service; this is a willful refusal to complete a simple, corrected request. A transaction that should have been resolved in five seconds was turned into a bafflingly rude interaction. The issue wasn't that I asked for more sauce; the issue was that she got the order wrong in the first place. In Summary: • Product: Consistently inaccurate. My food is rarely correct. • Service: Unprofessional and dismissive when a correction is requested. I sometimes choose Taco Bell for fast food, but I spend an excessive amount of time double-checking orders and dealing with corrections. I sincerely hope management takes these ongoing issues seriously. Consistency should mean reliably good food and service, not reliably bad.

I work near this location and try to come get food on my lunch break. I work overnight so I come to get food around 12:20am and they have the drive through blocked off with employees cars and close the store at 12 even though they are supposed to be open till 1am. This happens multiple times every single week its very annoying and unprofessional.

When I went through the drive-thru I was told my order would be $9.-- and change. I got to the window and I was told it was $10. I said you just told me it was $9 and change. So I repeated back the new total of $10 to them and they said yes. They took the $10 and gave me my food. I suspected the total was rounded up for charity however, I never agreed to donate the change. I would have donated it if they have confirmed but instead they took the money and giggled. If your company is having a contest in regards to the most donations collected this needs to be addressed. Absolutely unacceptable. How many people have they been doing this to? Granted it is "just change" but it is wrong. When I repeated the higher amount it was clear that I did not say yes to donating my change because if they did ask me to donate it, I never heard them or heard them correctly. Plus I don't even know which charity I apparently donated to.

I used UberEats to order from here today, 10/27/25, and I just want to say that whoever was in the kitchen today making food, deserves a raise or something. I usually get good food when I order, however today, was better than ever. The burrito was grilled so perfectly, and the chalupa was still warm and soft when it arrived to me. I hope the manager or someone in a higher position sees this and gives the proper employees the recognition they deserve!
