    This place should be shut down by the food and drug administration .If you care about your life and health, I’d recommend staying far away from this restaurant. We spent $68 on DoorDash, paid extra for speedy delivery, and received something I can’t even begin to describe as edible. We ordered four items, and the Crunch Supreme was soggy, like it had been soaked in water, topped with lettuce that seemed to have been sitting out all day or even longer. When we opened the chicken taco, there was a black, burnt rock inside—so hard it was brittle. I was sick to my stomach that a restaurant would send food like this to a customer. I’m contacting the Food and Drug Administration. This place should be shut down. If you had seen it, you would have thrown up on the spot. I called the store, and the manager made us jump through hoops to call DoorDash. This wasn’t a DoorDash problem—it was a restaurant problem. The food was disgusting, and all we wanted was for it to be remade fresh and sent back out. I can see how it might seem like a DoorDash issue, but they did nothing wrong. Taco Bell is only five minutes away, and from the time we ordered to when the food arrived, it was only nine minutes. There’s no way they made our food fresh in that time; it had clearly been sitting out all day. I got sick after taking one bite and realizing there was a rock in my chicken taco. I’m so upset that my face is red. I’ll make sure every resident in this town hears about this experience. We own several businesses here and know many people across all communities. This was a bad move on Taco Bell’s part for not making it right, especially when we paid $68.00 for something that shouldn’t have even cost $15.00, and they still couldn’t fix it. Maybe their reputation is more important—at least until I’m done. I can’t even explain how extremely upsetting this is. If I had eaten that, I probably would’ve ended up in the hospital. Are the employees doing this on purpose? There’s no way a human being would allow this to leave the store. I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau, the Food and Drug Administration, and anyone else who should know to protect public health. Please avoid this restaurant if you don’t want food poisoning. They need to re-evaluate their management, and for a manager to let nasty, day-old food leave their doors is reason enough to shut this place down. If I could leave a 20-star negative review, I would.

    Service was fine. Ordered 6 hard shell tacos the shells were stale and smelled rancid. Will stick to soft tacos.

    Kiosk only ordering is the worst. I love to go into a restaurant and see specials and normal choices, this place does not have a matching menu vs. kiosk.employees are very dismissive and mechanical. Taco Bell needs to reassess customer service
