The food probably was the worst food I have ever had at a sonic i ordered fries and chicken dry and rubbery. I ordered a pretzel never got it and the hot dog was cold bun was dry and the lime ade was horrible and i didnt even get a lime.the food was disgusting.

“Always a Gamble” Experience at this Sonic
It’s truly a gamble every time we stop at this location, never knowing what’s going to go wrong today. Since it’s right by our work, we give it chances out of convenience, but it’s consistently disappointing.
Orders are often wrong, drinks are sloppy, and the drive-thru speaker barely works half the time. Card readers frequently malfunction, so carhops take your card inside, and last visit, mine was left on the counter unattended and wasnt returned until I left my vehiclewent to the door and demanded my card be returned. When I asked about it, the hop just giggled said hed have to go find it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the main bathroom door stays locked to customers, and staff admit their card readers “don’t always work.” Between the poor service, lack of accountability, and general chaos, this Sonic just isn’t worth the price or frustration.

The food I ordered this afternoon tasted not good. I didn’t even like the original cold brew coffee. Everything tasted off, even the fries. They were over cooked like reheat and the burger looked like leftover reused. This is the worst Sonic food I’ve ever gotten. I sure will not be back soon. No free anything would help. I would like my money back in fact. Only could eat half the burger cause I was so hungry but threw all away including the receipt. I had asked the runner if I could get a sweet tea instead of the coffee. Then 15 mins later I was still waiting because he was busy. He was, very focused and busy but with a dr’s bedside manner. Yikes 😬

The tots and fries were absolutely terrible they could have broke a tooth salty badly the burgers were ok we had the Smash Mouth Burger but for almost $30 not worth it not to mention I didn't get all my change back but I didn't say anything because the people there had attitudes
