  A shell of its former self... we were visiting and went to this location for the lunch buffet hoping to re-live the old days when they had a great pizza lunch buffet... what a total disappointment.. The pizza was awful... nothing like the way it used to be.. undercooked, and bland.. tasted like something you would get at a carnival. The buffet would run out and would take 10-20 minutes to replenish so we had to settle on pizza (scraps) that was sitting out nearly an hour based on the time markers. The salad bar was very lacking with topping and dressing options. The bathrooms are filthy.. place felt dirty.. lots of people and families/kids making lots of noise very few people on staff to handle a half full place with a unwelcoming attitude. The seats in the booth were really tight and worn. Saw patches on the ceiling from water damage that had black mold around several spots. After we were done We sat and sat and would up having to go up to the counter for the check. One of the worst dine in experiences in some time.. far far far better choices to eat in the area. And the worst part is a lunch buffet like this with drinks is nearly $30 for two! Its insulting!

  I ordered pizza online. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. It took actually an hour. I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes. The pizza was not that good and the breadsticks did not have any seasoning on it and so it was just bread. Very disappointed, not to mention my kiddos had to wait till after 7:30pm to eat since it took an hour for the pizza to get made, instead of the 15 minutes that it said on-line.

  Ordered a pizza online, went in to get it because it said it was ready, I had my voice box removed from cancer so talking is difficult. I waited patiently while the old lady that looked like a homeless person did everything but wait on me. When she finally got to me she said it would be a few minutes. When I explained the app said it was ready ay 7:31 & its currently 7:47, she made fun of my speaking abilities then tried to show me off, when I would not accept her bs, she looked again in the rack a saw my pizza providing she was lying. Never returning here or any other Pizza Huy if this is the caliber of employees and service.
