  The soup was delicious, my husband really enjoyed his dipper, and I’m sure I would have loved my sandwich if there had actually been turkey on it…nothing like paying $9 for a cheese sandwich and lots of spring mix. I’m so disappointed & before anyone comes at me about the mistakes, I did check to make sure I had my items but totally blanked on the sides (which is honestly no big deal). But I shouldn’t have to totally unwrap my food to make sure it’s correct.

  I was the third car in line for the drive-through. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line just to get to the window, they re-took my order and I paid. 10 minutes later, they came back to the window and said that it would be another 10 minutes before I could get my food. I said I had to go and ask for a refund. They told me it would be at least 10 more minutes before I could get a refund.

  Order Rapid diet soda went in and waiting too long. Workers was talking to each and NOT Paying attention to incoming paying customers.

  I ordered a pick up order online. I went through the drive through to pick my order up, it took 20 minutes for anyone to even come to the window. I got a BLT, no bacon, just lettuce and tomato. I also got a cookie that was as hard as a rock, had to of been multiple days old. Everything I ordered was either incorrect or tasted like it was expired. The guy who handed me my food was as high as a kite and when I looked inside there were at least 4 employees and none of them were doing anything... Overall my food was inedible and being the only customer there, I waited over 20 minutes for it.

  not one to leave reviews, but reading others comments it sounds deserving. waited 8 mins after ordering for the car in front to get their food. waited 12 more mins for mine—for mac and cheese that gets dumped from a bag mind you. added on a drink at the window as i forgot when i ordered, quick enough right? wrong. 15 more minutes for them to grab a drink from the fridge. and only bc i CALLED to remind them, no one bothered to check at the window, ya know where your customers are waiting for food? dude was too busy sweeping and stumbling all over the place to remember to grab the drink (that he reminded ME he still needed to grab as i thought he put it in the bag). not sure how you could forget that quickly, when there were also 3 other cars behind me waiting on food that they weren’t making. wanna be high at work? go for it, but do your damn job.
