Don’t come here for breakfast. You’ll definitely be late for work. There was 3 people in the building and I could see through the window that only one of them was making any food.

Absolutely ridiculous! We waited close to 30 minutes for a Toasted Caprese Focaccia Sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar soup and they actually looked at this burnt sandwich and thought it was edible and good enough to give to a customer. I’m usually very forgiving with this kind of stuff, but you don’t really need to work in a restaurant to know this is not up to standard. Will absolutely never be back.

The soup was delicious, my husband really enjoyed his dipper, and I’m sure I would have loved my sandwich if there had actually been turkey on it…nothing like paying $9 for a cheese sandwich and lots of spring mix. I’m so disappointed & before anyone comes at me about the mistakes, I did check to make sure I had my items but totally blanked on the sides (which is honestly no big deal). But I shouldn’t have to totally unwrap my food to make sure it’s correct.

I was the third car in line for the drive-through. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line just to get to the window, they re-took my order and I paid. 10 minutes later, they came back to the window and said that it would be another 10 minutes before I could get my food. I said I had to go and ask for a refund. They told me it would be at least 10 more minutes before I could get a refund.
