- VVVic4 days ago5.0Ashland is awesome! We dined late evening (02-26-26) and Ashland was very receptive and joyful. Ashland took our orders and the meal came out exactly as requested even with the many custom requests. We had a great experience and even spoke to the manager who was very helpful herself. Outback should be very greatful to have such a dedicated employee who is genuine. Thank you again Ashland. You made our date night perfect!

The bathroom (ladies) is horrendous..there is mold growing around the edges of the sinks,.. the mgr has the nerve to have printed out sheets of paper scotched taped to the doors telling the public to clean up their mess,, I was informed today, that this location is a training store!? You have got to be kidding me..as someone who has worked in the food industry for over 30yrs as a training mgr, this is ridiculous !! I'm not even going to go into the detail of our food, is there anything the outback spice does not get poured on??.. I don't think anyone does any cleaning in this location..if what the public can see is as bad as it is, I do NOT want to even imagine the filth In the kitchen

We went last night for my daughter's 7th birthday and she wanted lobster and steak We had pasta and shrimp . We couldn't even enjoy our food at all it had so much pepper it irritated my throat! Everything had alot of pepper, from the mashed potatoes to the Mac and cheese and the shrimp was black from so much pepper! My daughter had to get a burger elsewhere after because she couldn't eat her food! I don't think we would go back againš
