  I am a Retired United States Air Force (USAF) Veteran and I know the meaning of “Great” customer service. Mr. Dan (General Manager), Mr. Wolly (Assistant Manager), Ms. Hannah (Assistant Manager), and Ms. Tabitha (Dining room waitress) at Outback Steakhouse gave my Mom and I just that; “Exceptional” and “Outstanding” customer service. They were “Top notch” and made our Mother and Son dinner outing delightful. From step 1 to step 10 Mr. Dan, Mr. Wolly, Ms. Hannah, and Ms. Tabitha took their time going over all the menu items, answered all of our questions, and gave my Mom and I an impeccable dining experience; the service we received was “Exemplary”. Thank you very much to Mr. Dan, Mr. Wolly, Ms. Hannah, and Ms. Tabitha; “Much Gratitude”. Outback Steakhouse’s food is very good and very tasty. The quality of the food is fantastic. "Everything" my Mom and I ate was "Amazing". The restaurant is very clean and welcoming; no need to eat anywhere else for steak. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of food and service we received while at your restaurant. As a Retired USAF Veteran I know great teamwork all comes from a great leader. I “Salute” you Mr. Dan (General Manager) for producing a great team that gives customers the highest level of quality customer service and wonderful food. Mr. Dan; “Greatly Appreciated”. Thanks again Mr. Dan, Mr. Wolly, Ms. Hannah, and Ms. Tabitha for the "Great" food. I will definitely recommend to my fellow Veterans the service my Mom and I received from Mr. Dan (General Manager), Mr. Wolly (Assistant Manager), Ms. Hannah (Assistant Manager), and Ms. Tabitha (Dining room waitress) at Outback Steakhouse located at 4650 Factory Stores Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579.   Server and i think it was 2 maybe 3 managers were horrible, complete ignored us and gave everyone else the time of day while our drinks sat at the bar. When we got the warm drinks one was chipped so bad that I almost cut my lip, THANKFULLY the bartender I could find NOT my server It’s not like she was busy running food or anything because she used the food runners as an excuse to why we didn’t get everything or why it wasn’t boxed up when it was to go dinner. The food runner (She was amazing only one who helped or cared please give her a raise) was the only people worth a dang at that restaurant

  I love outback but at times they don't keep up standards with high quality food. Have gotten raw broccoli sent out the coconut shrimp are very small shrimp with a bunch of coconut gobed on it .

  My buddies and I go here usually on Sunday afternoons and we sure at the bar. Our favorite bartender/server, Sarah, works Sundays and is always has a smile on her face and knows our drinks by now. She makes it a very pleasant experience, she interacts with us and other regulars that are at the bar as well. She's one of the reasons we keep coming back and of course the 3-Course Meal offering they are running for a limited time. It's a great place, good is good and the company as well.

  It started out we waited almost 1/2 hour for our tea , should have left right then but we didn’t was told by person taking order he has people under him that will bring out our drinks ( others that came in after us were being served) , next we got our bread No little plates we had to eat off the bread board, Oh check the Silverware both sets were dirty still had food on them, appetizers came out finally was given plates when we were almost done, guess it’s not the person who took our order to make sure we had plates either, it used to be they would ask you if you wanted more bread or refill on your drink, no extra bread, we had to ask for refill on our sweet tea wanted to stress that no alcohol so why were we charged for 3 sweet teas ?, our meals were supposed to come with 2 sides which I thought that was in the price apparently not , Never again will I ever eat there again, can’t wait for the new restaurants to open in Conway and hopefully it will be like Outback Used To Be.
