- CMCynthia MasonFeb 21, 20262.0Our server was Ashley it started out good then she got so much into a conversation with another couple that she completely forgot about our table and another table, and they were not even busy at the time, My husband received his food and it was cold, I mean completely cold, mines was warn and I just mainly took it home and our boys food was fine they said, the manager came and asked was everything okay and my husband expressed that his food was cold so the manager asked that it be recooked and my husband just took the food home as well as myself. Their was another waiter there name Frank that was so helpful, he got us out togo boxes to go drinks as well as helped with some other things while Ms. Ashley was still talking to the other couple. This was very hurtful to me bc I feel like we were being ignored and not treated right. The other couple even got their food before us and we were there way before they were. I pray in the future they do better because to pay $110 and not be happy with the service is just not acceptable.
