  Ordered the cookie monster ice cream cake, first of all I didn’t realize until after making the order the photo of it on the website is not a real photo. There is an option to customize the cake and I put to write on the cake and the rest as is, picked up the cake and no writing, cake describes as having peanut butter, chocolate ice cream, and oreo/pb cup toppings yet i received vanilla ice cream, no pb or pb cups and no oreo. The only thing that was as described was the cookie dough bites, I payed 40 bucks for this and waited 2 days. Tasted good but not anything like what I ordered??

  WHAT A RIP OFF! After going to Conway to see the Halloween decorations I decided to treat my wife, granddaughter and her friend to some ice cream. I got 3 cups of vanilla, two with sprinkles and it was $21.24!! Then when I handed her my card she said with the card it's $24.24 I said "REALLY?!?!?" So I was charged $3 or 15% of my order for using my debit card??? The standard is 4% and I've seen it as high as 5% but never 15%! Then the card reader asked if I wanted to leave a tip. That would be absolutely not! So I ended up paying $8 a piece for 3 small cups of ice cream. Even in some of the worst tourist trap areas I have been to, I've never paid that much for ice cream. For that price I could have gotten 2.5 GALLONS of ice cream from a grocery store! Well Mister Softee, you got me once, but I assure you I will never, ever give you another chance to to it again!

  Just got a twist cone walked in my house and liquid Immediately started coming out the bottom of it, yes t was the liquid ice cream that comes out first after nt using the machine for a while. I mean come on if you're charging 5$ for this small ice cream cone atleast make it good.

  Highly recommend the ice cream cakes! Got a custom one for the ladies bday and she loved it. They walk you through all the options, and there's a lot, but they nailed it. Went with a bigger one, and it was more than enough for 15ish people, and we had some left!
