The young man who took our order at the drive through was absolutely sweet. We asked to do 3 transactions. When we pulled up to the 2nd window Patrick the "manager" abruptly opens up the window and says, "he's dumb" when I asked what he meant he said " he's dumb because he knows we only allow two transactions in the drive through" I told him he was not "dumb" and he should not talk to his employees that way! With that said he should have never even told me that as a customer! I let him know how upset I was in my own words as he deserved. Your managers should be trained on how to treat their staff as well as their customers. Other than Patrick the hateful manager, the rest of the staff was very pleasant! I'm sorry that they have to deal with that type of abuse from him.

Absolutely disgusting sanitation in the back of house, orders constantly wrong, rude employees at drive thru and even worse in store. You would think they’d send better people to one of the few 24 hour McDonald’s left in SC but I guess it makes sense no one wants to work for them and all they can find is whoever walks in from the bridge across the street. Should be shut down plain and simple, but they’d probably find a way to add pickles to that too.
