However, I asked for my hash browns well done this morning and the employee proceeded to tell me that it's 4:00 a.m. and they just started cooking breakfast so everything's being cooked right now which was not the response I wanted. I was asking for my hash browns to be well done not if they were being cooked. I can tell the guy was possibly new but still there's no excuse and to make it worse they served me undercooked hash browns that were soggy and definitely not well done. I'm actually really disappointed in them because they usually have amazing service. I honestly feel like leaving a review on my main account too

Tried calling immediately and no one would answer Phone. This isn’t the first time my order hasn’t been correct from this location. For now on I will hold the Drive Thur up while I check my food. It’s 8:45 pm and I’m not driving back up there after just getting home. Guess I’ll be eating a can of soup tonight. 😡

- MAMichael AtkinsonJan 25, 20263.0Ordered thru the app and when I arrived for pick up thru the drive-thru I didn't have a long wait, staff was very kind and courteous and order was exactly what I ordered. The only complaint is a big one. When I went to eat the fries, there were numerous pieces of melted plastic in the fries. I am assuming they were pieces of the fry bag that fell in the fryer. Unfortunately I ate one of them but luckily it was only one. I will know always double check before tipping the fry box in my mouth.
