  Lady at the window said clearly “ they got the big order , well they bout to get parked” which we did Then proceeded to see one of the drinks we had was only halfway full so instead of filling it up she just took a huge scoop of ice and filled the cup up

  They don't serve root beer in the Carolinas like they do in Ohio. However the service is 10 outta 10 recommend.

  I want to be as Fair as possible in making this review. When everything goes right, the food is fresh and hot. However, on days like today, things aren't up to par at all. I waited 30 minutes for my order, and when I went to the counter to ask, the manager said that she assumed that I was already gone. Other times, my orders have completely vanished, and they refused to compensate or make them for me. I hope that this McDonald's improves in the future. The food is great, if you get it at all.

  My husband and I just went through the drive thru about 10min ago and ordered two breakfast sandwich meals. Immediately after leaving the drive thru, I could smell a fragrant cleaning smell, and said “wow it smells good.” Almost like laundry, mop soap, something like that. But I didn’t think twice about it because my window was open and we were driving down Kings towards home. We parked in our driveway and ate our sandwiches. We both could smell/taste that same cleaning supply scent as we were eating our sandwich. Not the hashbrown, but the sandwiches. I got the bacon , egg, and cheese biscuit and he got the sausage, egg McMuffin. That is so dangerous! I hope nobody put a chemical in the food intentionally! I tried calling this location multiple times to speak to somebody and nobody is answering!

  We’ve visited this McDonalds twice in the past two days. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. We’re in town from Ohio for Jeep Jam. Now I thought our little town Mc D was bad, but this location makes ours look good. Both times our food has been cold. Working food service myself, I know how important food temperatures and proper food handling is. We should have just taken our food back up and got a refund and left but we really try to not be “those customers” Seems like a higher Management should be in this location ensuring proper food handling is occurring. Y’all will make people sick!
