    First I showed up 4 minutes before my orders time and when I told the guy behind the counter I ordered online he was very condescending that I was “early” even though he had already made my order. Then I got home and realized he didn’t even make the right sandwich and there were practically no veggies on the sub. Overall terrible experience, this was my first and last time ordering from this location.

    I always order for delivery as I work across the street, unfortunately the last few times I’ve ordered it has taken well over an hour to even be out for delivery. When I say across the street, I mean that I can literally see the store. Really disappointed in the “freaky fast” delivery. I work in a restaurant so I understand things happen but an hour is really not excusable more than once or twice.

    The two employees on staff were both smoking and on phone calls in the parking lot and 1 of them went in with us to take our order. The other continued smoking outside the front door. Asked if we were here for pickup and we said no and she seemed so annoyed. The smoker walked in while the other was taking 15 min for just 2 sandwiches (the little John sandwiches too like nothing crazy) and someone else came in to order and the original person stopped making our food to go out in the other persons order while the smoker was just standing and on their phone???? Then when our food was ready she gave ours to the other ppl and they immediately noticed the order was incorrect so they handed it to us. Within us getting in our car, our food was wrong and the people who got their food right after us also walked back in because their food was wrong too. They seemed so annoyed that they made our food wrong. The workers reeked our cigarettes and were not “freaky fast” by any means. Clear out 30 mins of your time for 2 little johns if you come to this location.

    Very disappointed in service today. Trying to treat a co-worker to lunch. Order was late. Was told it would be refunded because they only have one driver. Food on its way. Food went to a different location. Cannot find me? I had given exact address when ordered and had ordered delivery before. It got to be 2 hours, no lunch. called again was told the person who answered would make our lunch and personally deliver it herself in 10 mins. 45minutes went by, no food. Called again, was put on hold by the person who was to deliver it. After a long hold the driver got on and tried to blame for me saying I didn't want the order, soggy sandwiches. I advised the other lady said she would make it right and come with a new order herself. Who wants a soggy sandwich? They kept putting me on hold and no one owned the mistakes. After 3 hours, I went to a local subway, had my sandwich in 5 minutes. As I was eating it, another driver shows up with 2 sandwiches(Not the whole original order) I called Jimmy Johns, they refused to answer. Refused sandwiches. NEVER AGAIN! nightmare.
