First I showed up 4 minutes before my orders time and when I told the guy behind the counter I ordered online he was very condescending that I was “early” even though he had already made my order. Then I got home and realized he didn’t even make the right sandwich and there were practically no veggies on the sub. Overall terrible experience, this was my first and last time ordering from this location.

I always order for delivery as I work across the street, unfortunately the last few times I’ve ordered it has taken well over an hour to even be out for delivery. When I say across the street, I mean that I can literally see the store. Really disappointed in the “freaky fast” delivery. I work in a restaurant so I understand things happen but an hour is really not excusable more than once or twice.

Worst experience I've had in awhile ordered delivery wasn't told Uber would be delivering until after the money had been collected then got a text saying it was delivered went to my door to get it not there looked around nowhere called the manager at Jimmy John's and told him he laughed and said not our problem and argued with me and didn't try to help at all I will never buy another sub from Jimmy John's

I have been here 3 times, during the lunch hour, the place was closed, 3 times, not ever going back. Hire some damn reliable people.
