When I walked in the store the energy changed. I wasn't even greeted. The women were discussing an issue one of them was having it sounded very personal and a third party or something was involved. I interrupted their conversation and started to order I ordered two sandwiches and then I was going to also order a half a dozen of donuts. There really was no interaction with me about my order and then the other two women dismissively walked away. This was going to be in celebration because my son was about to go and be flown out to be possibly recruited by a big 10 school to play ball. I wanted to give him a very nice breakfast before he got picked up to take his flight. Usually when I go to dunkin' donuts and I order donuts they pull the box out and they asked me what I want kind of donuts and they start to fill the box up. This young lady who would not greet me started to ask me to pay. I said well don't you want to know what donuts I want? she goes to "No you have to pay first." I'm real big on energy. And I'm very intuitive. I believe these three employees thought that the courtesy they provided the other person was not necessary for me because we are all the same race which is unfortunately something that happens too often. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I will never come back to this dunkin' donuts again they're too many on that strip.

They have a bad attitude and rudeness, they need to improve their customer service
