I’ve come here maybe ten times I kept giving the benefit of the doubt being a good sport. This morning again my drink was not light ice like I asked for it to be very light ice very kindly. I asked them to give me one with less ice. The girl at the window gives me an attitude and then they just dump the ice out and give it to me and you can tell it was obviously dumped not remade. Not coming back to this location. It’s not a hard concept I’ve had it made correct multiple times and I’m not the type to complain but eventually I started saying hey this isn’t light ice this is half a cup of ice and the response and the lack of actually remaking the drink and giving me what I asked for is just not ok.
