We pulled up to the window to order. After we received our order and paid, my husband said, “ Ok, don’t work too hard” - to which the employee said, “ I won’t. That’s THEIR job” in a very sour, unfriendly tone. By that comment, I deduced that SHE was the manager. Who speaks like that about their employees to a customer? My husband’s donut was equally stale and dry, and his coffee was hot and over-cooked- yeah, you read that correctly, over-cooked.

The younger girls working the window have zero customer service skills. I watched them hand the wrong order 3 different times to the car in front of me. Whoever manages and runs this location needs to get it together. I will not be back.
