It takes a lot to get a bad review from me; but when I bite into an old, dried-out donut with filling that tasted thick and sour- followed by a drink of milk that was to expire on the very day I bought it and was sticking to the inside of the bottle, well, here is the bad review. We pulled up to the window to order. After we received our order and paid, my husband said, “ Ok, don’t work too hard” - to which the employee said, “ I won’t. That’s THEIR job” in a very sour, unfriendly tone. By that comment, I deduced that SHE was the manager. Who speaks like that about their employees to a customer? My husband’s donut was equally stale and dry, and his coffee was hot and over-cooked- yeah, you read that correctly, over-cooked.

The younger girls working the window have zero customer service skills. I watched them hand the wrong order 3 different times to the car in front of me. Whoever manages and runs this location needs to get it together. I will not be back.
