    Ordered at 5pm and wasn’t delivered until 6:30pm. Only 1 pizza and Parmesan bread bites. Absolutely ridiculous!

    Because yall refuse to answer the phone, I am writing this review. I just put an order in an hour ago, called to make sure you could see my unit number. Didn't answer. Then the driver gets here, knocks on the door, even tho I said leave it at the door. Kept knocking, woke my baby up. GREAT! I get my food, and it's wrong. I got some cinnamon bites I did not order in place of my $9 wings. Also missing both sides of ranch. The cheese pizza and ranch is for my autistic son who will only eat his pizza with ranch. Now I have pizza, no ranch, bed time in an hour and I have to feed him something else, which he is freaking out about. I called AGAIN and this time sat on the phone for 10 minutes for someone to answer, and no one ever did. So my husband will be there when he gets off work, and I will take my wings, 2 ranches, and a full refund. Customer service is horrible, I can't get in contact with anyone. 10/28/2025 this is absolutely ridiculous.
