He has to sit there and tell people they have to wait 15 to 20 mins....mind you I ordered 30 minutes online before I got to the store. The normal wait time is 15 to 20 minutes AFTER you order..not after you arrive. I don't what's up with this store in particular but good lord....they are Sssssssllllllllooooooow!
