Unfortunately, this Myrtle Beach location was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. The staff moved noticeably slower than what I’m used to, and there seemed to be poor operational decision-making. They ran out of veggies on the serving line, so I politely asked a young employee if veggies were available on the other side. He told me he was not allowed to use those because they were reserved for pickup orders. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to, and he pointed to a gentleman standing behind him. The manager repeated the same thing. At that point, I was frustrated and ready to leave with the order I purchased instead of waiting 5 minutes for veggies. As I was exiting the door, the manager came out with a side of veggies anyway. The entire situation felt poorly managed and inconsistent. This location does not meet the standard of service I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.
