When I arrived to pick up my order I waited patiently for about 5 minutes everyone was working to get orders together and out. I told a worker my name and she thanked me and I left. Easy in and out. The food was amazing as always. Chicken, brown rice, black beans, Salsa, sour cream, lettuce.. shake shake shake and dig in. Definitely hit the spot.

I over heard one employee say to another "refunds are down today" which sounded crazy to me. I should have asked for a refund. We had two bowls and chicken on both, rice in them. Both weren't good. We ended up having to go somewhere else, because we just wanted the chicken bowl, and unfortunately the chicken was burnt. DONT DO IT GUYS. Just drive to the next one, or get something else. Its not worth it. 40 bucks almost to just toss.
