Service was exceptional. DaLana was our waitress. She was friendly, kind, very knowledgeable and did a great job. We could not have asked for better service. Thank you DaLana.

They added sandwiches for lunch. Great idea but definitely not perfected. Chibata bread wrong...too bready. Try a true sub roll. Chicken way too spicy on sandwich. Spend time on perfecting your sandwiches...not there at all. You would have a much bigger lunch population.

I'd always wanted to try Carrabas but they're not local to my area but i finally got the chance while we were traveling. What a disappointment. The place itself was very nice, and the service was great, but the food...yuck. My husband had chicken parm, which just seemed to be a processed frozen chicken piece, and I had the lasagna which is supposed to be one of their signature dishes but it was awful. It looked great when it arrived at the table, but once I got into it, it was nothing but a tremendously high pile of sauce on top of overcooked, mushy sheets of lasagna noodles just piled on top of each other....nothing in between, no sauce, no cheese, no meat, nothing liker a real lasagna is supposed to be. Just a few layers of pasta, topped with way too much sauce. Kinda pricey, too, especially considering it was like mass-produced cafeteria food. I'll never step foot in a Carrabas again.

Dalana provided excellent service! Great ambiance. We hadn’t been to Carrabba’s in several years until this visit. The bread was warm and dipping sauce so tasty with the herbs and olive oil. Salads tasted so fresh. I had the lemon garlic butter branzino fish. It was so mild but so flavorful. Truly authentic Italian dishes. We took home 2 $10 entrees for home too. Great value. Everything was wonderful. Enjoy here!
