Amazing pizza and pasta and waitstaff engaged in conversation with us. If I lived in this town. This would definitely be one of my go to spots.

We were having friends over last night. On a whim, we ordered from Cafe Vincenzos for the first time. Our order was a Sicilian pie with roasted red peppers & sausage. Its in their special pies list and it sounded delicious. I only wanted the peppers on half.
When I arrived for pick up, the cashier said there was a mishap with my pie but they made me a new one and it would be a few more minutes. Not a problem for me. As I waited I looked around and was quite impressed by the cleanliness of this pizzeria. Then I noticed the stairs that led to their full restaurant upstairs.
Now someone else from the kitchen approached me, maybe the manager, and he advised it would be out any minute and apologies for the delay. I thanked him and continued to wait. Now the cashier comes back out and asks me if id like to try any of the many slices they have on display. I said no thank you and he pleaded, please take a few for your inconvenience. I agreed. And picked the special of the day. Round slice with mushrooms, peppers, onions and pepperoni. Then he threw in a few of the homemade garlic knots. Not two minutes later the manager comes out with my fresh hot pie. In total, i may have waited ten extra minutes from when i arrived. I thanked them both and left.
We were so impressed by the delicious food, the genuine honesty and their generosity with our order. They did not have to go that extra step by throwing in a sample slice or the knots. But we were happy they did. And now we have found a new pizzeria and can't wait to go back and have dinner upstairs.
Thank you very much, Cafe Vincenzo's.
We will be returning ❤️
(I only went 4 stars for the food because I prefer more garlic on the knots. 😉)

From start to finish, our experience here was absolutely outstanding! The service was top-notch — every staff member was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great time. The management team clearly runs a tight ship, and a special shoutout has to go to Vinny, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly set the tone for the whole evening.
The fried calamari was crispy, tender, and perfectly seasoned — hands down some of the best we’ve ever had. The pepperoni pizza was incredible too: thin, crispy crust, just the right amount of spice, and loads of flavor in every bite.
On top of the great food and service, the ambiance was wonderful — cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. You can tell this place takes pride in every detail.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, great people, and an all-around fantastic dining experience with a solid modern ambiance. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I moved to the Grand Strand just over a year ago from New York - about 30 miles north of NYC, to be exact. Living in such a metropolitan area, we were spoiled with some of the best restaurants imaginable. Between North Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet, there’s certainly no shortage of places to eat, but nothing quite compared to what we were used to.
My husband is Italian, and we were truly spoiled back home with incredible Italian restaurants - from Little Italy in Manhattan to Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, and even some amazing spots just across the river in New Jersey. Since moving here, we’ve tried countless Italian restaurants throughout the Myrtle Beach area and while many were “good for the area,” none really came close to what we’d grown to love in New York. Until we walked into Vincenzo’s......
At first glance, Vincenzo’s gives off an unassuming pizzeria vibe but a quick walk upstairs reveals a cozy dining room that’s modern, classy, and a little eclectic. The bar immediately stood out - polished and well-stocked, with all the touches of an upscale cocktail lounge: Luxardo cherries, dried herbs, exotic bitters, and more. Vincenzo Jr., our bartender and server, was more of a host and mixologist than anything else. He expertly crafted two delicious cocktails, and we were impressed to see that even the house spirits were top-shelf labels like Grey Goose and Woodford Reserve - a pleasant surprise given the reasonable prices.
We started with a freshly made pizza, Quattro Stagioni, handcrafted before our eyes and baked to crispy, thin-crust perfection. Next came the meatball parmesan, served bubbling hot in cast iron. The texture, flavor, and balance of the meatballs were spot on, and the sauce was rich and flavorful without being heavy.
Vincenzo was gracious, attentive, and clearly took pride in his craft. As the son of the proprietor, his professionalism and genuine warmth stood out - a reflection of both his family pride and his passion for hospitality. As a bonus, he treated us to a sample of their Spicy Rigatoni, which was another standout. The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the a la vodka, style sauce with savory sausage had just the right amount of heat.... flavorful and balanced without overpowering the dish.
Our meal ended with a complimentary shot of limoncello, a thoughtful touch and the perfect finish to an excellent dining experience!
I often see social media posts raving about various Italian restaurants around the area, but after dining at Vincenzo’s, I felt compelled to share our experience. This place deserves far more attention than it gets. It’s truly something special.
It’s also worth noting that the original owner has recently taken the restaurant back over. So if you’ve visited in the past few months and weren’t impressed, give it another try. I can’t imagine you’ll be disappointed.
Hats off to Vincenzo’s! A true Italian gem that captures the spirit and flavor of New York right here on the Grand Strand!
