This year I called 3 days in advance kept getting hung up on due to supposedly phone service being bad. Now the day before instead of 24 hours notice for an order, it’s 48 hours. I see why this business is going down and out of business. The employees do not care about their jobs or the brand. I’ve love the vanilla lodge cakes for over 30 years. It’s a family tradition. I am truly disappointed and devastated

First trip there, ordered the Reese Peanut Butter cup layered sundae, girl said she didn’t have peanut butter cups. looked again and proceeded to make my sundae, only after I got home I noticed She made it with freakin Heath Bars! Seriously they DO look different. Today, a month later, I asked for their version of a Dairy Queen Blizzard or McFlurry , “uh... we don’t have anything like that”. I said you know the ones with the candies mixed in. “ no? No, nothing like that”. Ugh! I KNOW they do, it’s on the website but I forgot the name. Fine, I went for the Reese PB sundae again.... she looked under the counter.... “ uh...sorry we don’t have Peanut Butter cups”. (Twice, they had no Pb cups) SERIOUSLY if it’s on the menu you need to stock the stuff! !! We just walked out and went to DairyQueen! I looked on the website and sure enough, it’s called “31 below”. I tried calling the store repeatedly to talk to a manager but no one answers and it goes into a fax. If the manager reads these reviews, you need to train your people about the products you sell, stock the store with the products you sell or find a new career. We will NEVER be back!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
