  Okay so I got a drink at pawleys and they made it wrong, and I was so sad. So then I came to the location i usually go to in tanger outlets. And they fixed it immediately and made it right!! I will forever come to this location. They are always smiling, super nice and welcoming!! This team is the best! The girl who took my order was sooo nice! 11/23 @ 11am.

  Genuinely so disappointed in this location, I had been going religiously to the one 40 minutes from me, in NMB, simply because of how amazing the service was. The girl who took my order at this location gave no greeting and I had to ask if I was allowed to order because of the way she was staring at me. Then puffed out her cheeks and rolled her eyes when I did ask very politely because I felt bad for even having to ask. While ordering I had to look at the flavors and couldn’t find where they are on the menu, again the girl huffed and was clearly annoyed. Still tipped because I’m in the service industry, but this is seriously crappy service and very worker has had an attitude the past 3 times I’ve come, an none of my drinks have been good at all.

  this was my first time at the mb location and i will never go back again. the girl who took my order was so rude and had a stank face the whole time. i understand everyone has bad days but she gave no greeting, smile, nor had any type of manners — just an ATTITUDE. she completely killed the vibe and ruined the experience . hopefully for her sake it just happened to be a bad day / moment for her, and not her actual personality 🤣🤣 maybe she could learn something from the north myrtle crew. my drink was delish!

  Look for the cheery blonde barista in the order line, and pick that line no matter how long it is. It’s most likely Hayley, and she will be just as sweet as your drink and brighten your day maybe even more than the caffeine in your drink. She shines bright at this location embodying the cheery 7Brew personality you expect. Always upbeat, super helpful with ordering, and treats each car as though it is her personal mission to make sure their order is perfect and their day is on a sunnier path after leaving.

  Honestly, this place was much faster and more consistent when they first opened. Nowadays, if I go between 2–4 p.m., there might only be one or two cars in line, yet I still end up waiting around 10–15 minutes. At night, it’s even worse — you’ll often wait five minutes just for the person at the front to finish chatting with a friend in the drive-thru who isn’t even there to order coffee. I’ve given this place plenty of chances since it’s right around the block from me, but the quality just isn’t the same. I always ask for my drink to be half-sweet or quarter-sweet because their drinks are usually way too sweet, yet half the time it just tastes like plain milk with barely any coffee flavor. This location really needs an adult manager to step in and help guide the younger staff. They’re just not as efficient, focused, or customer-oriented as they were when the store first opened. It’s disappointing because this spot had great potential.
