  The latest hot spot. I don't get it but it's lined up alot. My Americano was not made to order and I threw most of it out.

  For anyone who really wants to know how it really is. The wait time is so ridiculous. I go and get a drink, i’m on a busy schedule and I thought the seven brew drive thru, which is supposed to be fast, would be a fast quickly cheap coffee. I was mistakenly wrong. I try to avoid times where it would be busy. But Unfortunately, every time I have gone the line has been wrapped around the entire building, one person taking orders when there is about 20-25 cars waiting, and ironically their card reader isn’t working. I understand things happen but atleast have another person taking orders or get a better system because it’s very unprofessional. I went again at night, thinking it wouldn’t take any longer than 10 minutes because it’s night time. But it literally took about 30 min to get my drink. The people working and making the drinks seem to have no concept of time, it’s full of teenagers, and I see a girl just standing there doing nothing when she could be helping one out of the two people making the drinks . Not to mention, the place is so dirty and overwhelming, I went at night and there was trash literally everywhere such as boxes and filled up trash cans in the middle of where they work. I work in food and I know the trash goes out at night, but it was hours before closing and it just disgusted me seeing how close the trash and garbage there was close to where they were making the drinks. and my drink was extremely sticky. Maybe instead blasting the music, they could turn it down so they can focus and get things done quicker. Ive tried to let it slide the past few times but it’s gotten to a point where it has changed a lot since going there when they first opened and it’s not worth my time.

  Wasn’t sure if the back tea had caffeine. Was told it didn’t. Left and checked and apparently it does. If you don’t know, just say you don’t know.

  Love seven brew but for some reason this location has problems with consistency and my husband was ignored one morning with orders being taken from all around him and cars being told to go around him and his order was never taken
