I ordered an iced matcha latte and the cup was literally half empty when I got it. On top of that, the matcha was poorly mixed and tasted awful, with clumps and a watered-down flavor. It honestly felt like I paid full price for half a drink. Quality and attention to detail were clearly missing. This is not the level of service or product I expect when paying for a specialty drink.
