  every time i come to this location, my food is cold and the coffee is overly sweet.. it seems like they are always rushing orders in here.

  Poor quality. I’ve bought matcha 3 times in a row now and half of it is all foam. My mom bought one the other day and it was all foam again. They have messed up my order about 6 times lately. Not happy.

  Attempted an online order that didn’t go through. Realized it at the drive thru and when I got to the window, there was nobody behind me and I asked if I could give my order and was told I needed to drive around again to put in the order. Maybe there’s a good reason for it but the girl who told me this has a pretty apathetic attitude about the whole situation. So I pulled around and left without ordering anything. Judging by the consistently poor google reviews without any responses, it reflects poorly on the level of accountability at this location at a leadership level. I won’t recommend or return to this location again.

  I have been going to dunkin for years now. Every Monday and often another day. I love a cream filled donut. It seems there is no quality control. Little cream inside most of the time and often little frosting. I don't by donuts for my health. Time Hortons on the other hand always has lots of filling ans frosting. Get with it dunkin. If we had a Tim Hortons here I would definitely go there instead.
