  Unfortunately I live around the corner from the worst DD on the planet. I used to be a frequent DD customer in other areas for many yrs. I was very happy to be moving right next to a Dunkin. I’m no longer a customer, sadly. The drive through line takes @ the very least 15 mins whether there’s 1 car or 5 cars ahead. I’ve left after waiting 20 mins for a single cup of iced coffee. Any food I’ve gotten is absolutely disgusting. Tastes like chemicals & usually burnt. I’ve tried going into the store & more than once I’ve stood there with no other customers & completely ignored for minutes & walked out. Staff - rude, clueless, greasy & dirty looking

  8 minutes just sitting in the drive thru ! Had to back out and go inside for my kids single donut . Then the girl has no change in her drawer . 3 customers in drive thru , 8 employees and total cluster you know what , DO BETTER !

  This Dunkin is one of the busiest around here whether you are in the drive through or go inside you will be here at least 5 minutes sometimes as long as 20 minutes. So just be prepared staff was nice a lot of young people working here. Love my dunkins but this location should be avoided unless you absolutley need it

  One of the worst experiences! Drive thru- girl taking order was sweet. After Igot to the second window -they got my order wrong- watched her take a cup out of the trash ready to pour my drink in it and another girl said soemthing she stopped. Then she puts only coffee milk. No espresso in it, then the other rude young girl repeats my total not saying payment didn’t scan so I’m like yes that is my total? She’s like you have to pay- okay so I pay. Then she gives me the drink w no espresso- hands me the wrong donuts and the other girl I hear say “ just give her those ones” I got it and said “ not what I ordered.” She slams the window and her and the other girl go get it and then toss it to me and I say ok I also got a pup cup. Slam the window again. Then I say thank you and she spams the window. I mean really? I come all the time and that was the rudest people I have ever dealt with. So I paid for milk in a cup. Terrible experience.
