  Food here was pretty good. All 4 of us really enjoyed it. But you're not here for the food and they know that. The prices for game play is just ridiculous. You will go through your game play in no time and spend a crazy amount of money doing it. Just know what you are getting into.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Dave & Buster’s. My visit was completely ruined by the way my mother and I were treated by our waitress, Ashley (blonde hair). Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. While we were still eating, she abruptly snatched a to-go box from me without explanation. The interaction felt rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially when guests are simply trying to enjoy their time. No one should feel disrespected or rushed like that. To make matters worse, I am still waiting on a refund and have not received any proper follow-up regarding this situation. This issue needs to be escalated and handled appropriately. I expect accountability and a resolution. Until then, I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Do u guys hire trash like that?

  Awful. The man at the front completely lost his mind when we asked to change our ticket package. Manager came over to fix it and when we asked a separate question he flipped out again in front of the female manager who did absolutely nothing about it. 30 minute wait to sit at a dirty table that was empty for the entire 30 minutes. Service is slow. This place should be ashamed of themselves and the disrespectful service they give their patrons.

  An hour half wait for seat and you cant do the dinner and play unless you have a table...even just wanting the food to go. Several game machines mal functioned during play. Went to front and told to find attendent on the floor...well good luck with that. Searched a few minutes and gave up. A bit crowded on the floor but expected crowd for half priced games. Would suggest going earlier in day on Wednesdays. We'll head back because we still have credits to spend but try a different time.

  We came out for the Barcelona-Athletico Madrid game. We told the host when we arrived that we wanted the be in a place where we could see the game. We asked for a table that specifically faced the television that was broadcasting the game we wanted to see and were given the perfect seats. After ordering drinks, another host approached our table with another family and told us that we needed to be "re-seated" because the other host didn't log that we were sitting at that table. The host explained that "any manager or bartender could put the game on any TV". Unfortunately after asking multiple times with no help, we gave up and sat on the floor in front of the air hockey tables. It's crazy the amount of bureaucracy that exists at this establishment.
