  Arby's 'has the meats' and many great sandwiches. The food is great, but the SC Surfside location is poorly staffed and getting food orders takes >20 min from when ordered... clearly not fast food! Recent visit was 4:30 pm, so you would assume it is prime time! If you have lots of time go there...otherwise look for another option...

  Honestly super disappointed I drove 20 mins out of my way to go to Arby's to not only be told you guys were out of sauce which literally defeats the purpose of me coming 20 mins out of my way they wait till I already paid for my food to tell me that then not only that but then I go home and the food is wrong I'm pregnant cannot eat cheese and my food has cheese on it after I specifically said not to do that you will not be seeing me again at this establishment I will go to another one Arby's at this point especially when I already have to drive so far in the first place

  Ordered in the drive thru, asked for ice water with a combo. Got to the window and guy was rude. Not sure if he is having a bad day but food was great. Attitudes were not

  The first time I went there, their service in food was good period the second time I just went there 2 days ago and I ordered online to get my food by 531 and I did not get my food until 6 o'clock cause they said that drive through was more important than ordering in a restaurant. Or a pick up order? And then on top of that, the fries were so cold, I had to go back up and get another order of fries so that they were warm. Don't waste your time.!!
