    Was my first visit today wanted a refreshing drink because of the almost 90° temperatures and what Kenzie suggested for me as her favorite did not disappoint Top Notch customer service signed me up for rewards explain how it works what a lovely young lady! I will be back

    Young kids standing around doing nothing. Worst 7 brew I have been at. Waited 15 minutes for a drink. One of the orser takers was sitting in the backseat with the person taking their order. 2nd person was sitting on a chair in the building. Never walked the line to take orders ahead as they should.

    I’m honestly done giving this 7 Brew location chances. Every single time I order a fizz or energy drink, it smells like straight-up coffee. It’s obvious they’re using the same nasty towel or wiping down everything with no care, and it completely ruins the drink. If I wanted coffee flavor, I would’ve ordered coffee. It’s ridiculous to pay for a fruity or energy drink just for it to smell like the espresso machine. This has happened way too many times to be an accident. They seriously need to clean better and stop being lazy with how they handle drinks.

    If you are running a promo that is advertised everywhere and texted constantly atleast make it available when you open. Sat in line 20 minutes to find out I couldn’t get it because I was 4 minutes early. Only reason I drove there was for that.

    The lady who took our order was really sweet. I went to this location around 4:45pm today, I normally come to this location. My coffee was barely full to the top, I didn’t even take a sip yet just put my straw in and looked at it and realized. And then the lady who handed it out to the cashier, basically tossed it and was busy conversation with the other employees. Like I understand you have to have fun at work too but it’s a balance and I’ve never had a bad experience here till today.
