    We sat in drive thru watching the same car at the order sign for 10 -15 minutes.... I watched 3 cars drive off. Then I bailed and went to cookout . That was fast fresh hit good food... Disappointed in Wendy's.

    decided to stop here and go through the drive through to order a medium brownie batter chocolate frostie and a large thin mint fusion frostie. As soon as my boyfriend and I heard the total for the order, we knew something was wrong. we get up to the window and pay and receive our receipt where it says we have payed for two small version of those frosties. We then see the worker begin to make those two small frosties, luckily we were able to get their attention and tell them that we ordered a medium and a large. They then made a medium and a large frostie but the flavors were all wrong. We receive the frosties and they apologize for the mistake. We then taste the frosties and they both have a thin mint flavor. I’m not too upset about because i’m gonna eat it because it’s yummy and because we were only charged for small sizes. But it’s just not what we wanted or ordered. Not to mention the very very slow moving drive through line. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry, I do completely understand the setbacks of rush hours, being short handed, and just people in general. So I chose to not treat anyone badly because of the service they provide. But I do see a problem with the attitude displayed from the worker. As if they did not want to be there and had never done anything ever. And i say that mostly to confirm with another review seem posted for this location.

    march 4, 7:30 pm. the guy who was working was so stoned. spilled our drinks told us when we were ordering we couldn’t get what we wanted (for context can i get 3 sauces no i can give you 2) almost forgot our drinks we had to wait an extra 5 mins for him to make them only to spill them, scoop ice back in with his bare hands and try and serve them to us. absolutely disgusted.
