  It's a tropical smoothie place mine was good my friend did not like hers but she liked mine. It was a flavor thing. For her.but nice overall. More fuit less ice be better but it's a smoothie in the. End. Can't go wrong.

  So I used to go to this location, every Saturday night, cheat night get two smoothies, but it was always 10-15 min before close. Because of this I always apologized at the drive thru, “hey it’s me again I’m sorry,” and they knew my order by heart. When I’d come to the window I was always the nicest I could be. “Did you do something with you hair?” “I like your tattoos!” “Date night, any big plans?! My date has four legs and she’s waiting for me at home haha.” Even though I was probably inconvenient I always tried to be as kind and complimenting as possible. On Valentine’s Day, they actually saved me a random coupon for a free smoothie! I was like whaaaat?! So they do like me. A week later an employee relays a message through the drive thru that I’ve been banned from the store. The first reason was I “always come last minute and they have to wait for me because they’re usually dead after 8pm and it’s really inconvenient.” I was shocked. I said I’m really sorry, but that isn’t my fault. Then she said, “well a couple of your comments have made us uncomfortable.” I’m like, “hold on, first you guys SAVE the last free smoothie valentine gift for me, now I’m a creep?” They’re pulling at threads. So I go to the Surfside location and told them I’ve been banned from Murrells Inlet and they said it doesnt surprise them, because Murrells Inlet manager trained in Surfside and a couple employees there said she was the rudest cold hearted person they’d ever met. Had no business managing a place where you have to deal with the public I’d been going there every Saturday night for probably 5 years, I have the transactions to prove it, acted the same every time, but then this new manager bans me because I show up before close? I expect a call from a district or area manager because I did nothing but be kind sweet thankful combined with innocent comments every time I showed up before close. Hmmmmm seems like a lot of bad reviews started popping up with their change of “leadership.”

  The Uber driver was really cool. He called me up and said hey man when you placed that order, I got there in plenty of time before they close but they just ignored me. They did open the door and say they’re not making any shakes. Maybe thats what happens when you hire young kids on a Friday night. I’m one of their biggest customers I’ve been going there for years three times or four times a week, but I will be taking my business elsewhere

  Ordered the Pair and Save combo from the app, and the wrap was depressingly small compared to other locations. The bacon that I paid extra for was a normal amount, but there was so little of everything else that all I could taste was bacon.

  Chai banana boost smoothies have less flavor than they did at my old location, and no more yummy date chunks at the bottom. The other day my kale salad tasted old and I had to throw half away. Have had several times where food was poorly packaged and sauce leaked everywhere. It's also wild that they preset a 15% tip at the drive-thru. Just not overly impressed.
