The Uber driver was really cool. He called me up and said hey man when you placed that order, I got there in plenty of time before they close but they just ignored me. They did open the door and say they’re not making any shakes. Maybe thats what happens when you hire young kids on a Friday night. I’m one of their biggest customers I’ve been going there for years three times or four times a week, but I will be taking my business elsewhere

Ordered the Pair and Save combo from the app, and the wrap was depressingly small compared to other locations. The bacon that I paid extra for was a normal amount, but there was so little of everything else that all I could taste was bacon.

Chai banana boost smoothies have less flavor than they did at my old location, and no more yummy date chunks at the bottom. The other day my kale salad tasted old and I had to throw half away. Have had several times where food was poorly packaged and sauce leaked everywhere. It's also wild that they preset a 15% tip at the drive-thru. Just not overly impressed.

I have always been a big fan of Tropical Smoothie but the inability to use the drive thru is insane. I don’t want to go in because frankly the customer service has been horrible each time. I order online and each time I am told I have to come in the grab my order. Today when this happened, I walked in and not a sole was in there except two employees. I walked to the back of the store and got my item and neither spoke to me even though I spoke to both as I passed by. This is unacceptable.

I have been to T.S. alot, and many different locations.. and usually it could be a five-star experience. However, the lack of acceptable customer service at this location today was absolutely disappointing.
Headez home with a cracked vertebrae injury, I put an order through my mobile app thinking I could pick it up through the drive-thru window. For whatever asinine reason I was told that company policy prevented those orders being picked up through the drive-through window.. I tried to explain that I had a back injury and was hoping not to get out of the car more than I had to. And was told it didn't matter.
So I parked in front, slowly got out of the car and walked inside to pick up my order. I asked the employee if I could speak with the manager. Three times I asked, and there was no verbal reply.
By the third time I asked, a girl got up from the table around the corner and walked up. Apparently, she was the store manager, JL. As I started talking to her about my concern-. Her body language and facial reaction told me that she just wanted me to finish my complaint and get out of the store.... that she really did not care what I had to say.
I am hoping someone from corporate will read this review and coach the manager accordingly. And further that Tropical Smoothie redresses this policy, situationally, at the very least.
Leadership needs to undergo service training and conflict resolution. She had NO empathetic skills in these departments. But she was able to say, "Have a great day", as I walked out the door... too bad it came with an extra dose of sarcastic tone.
I will never to return to this location again.
