This Taco Bell has got to figure out how to process mobile orders in a timely fashion. It is unacceptable to not check someone in and prepare their food once they arrive at the drive thru like anyone else. Instead, they made me pull to the side to park and served at least *FIVE* cars before my single combo order. They had to ask me my name again at the window because they didn't check me in over the intercom. I've never had to wait this long at a taco bell. I would like this to be a good location, but I've been disappointed so far.

The Supposed manager told me it was my fault when i pulled a wrapped chalupa that wasn't apparently wrapped correctly out of the bag spilling it's entire contents ( including meat cooked with oil that stains clothes) onto my lap and into the interior of my car. No sorries, just nothing. This is not my first bad experience here, just thought that time it was a "first start" mistake and and let it go. Never again after this experience. It's december 26 th about 10:40pm. I paid for food that ended up on the floor of my car.
The nachos chips were so salty I felt like I was gargling with a salt water rinse, you couldn't even eat them. They gave us absolutely no sauce packets so needless to say it didnt taste like taco bell abd was dry.

I had two orders to pick up. When I informed them I had the crunchwrap but needed the second order of tacos they said “I already made that order, someone must have grabbed it.” They nicely said they would remake but made me another Crunchwrap because they were not listening. I only have half an hour for lunch so I had to leave at that point since I had been there for 20 minutes total for 3 items.
While waiting I watched an elderly veteran walk in trying to order at the counter. The woman at the counter kept pushing him to use the kiosk even though he obviously wanted to order in person. There was one nice guy working in the kitchen, everyone else was unfriendly and rude.
Then I try to scan my receipt for points and it says it has already been scanned. There is an employee scanning the receipts for points. This place is rude, gave me the wrong food, and stole money from their customers by stealing our reward points. I was going to give them a second chance but the stealing of points is unprofessional and already mentioned in another review for here.

My dad went there yesterday and ordered at the counter because he does not have a Taco Bell account.
I have an account on my phone. So he asked for the receipt with the barcode So I could add it to my account. It turns out one of the employee's put their own account number in and took the points from us. Not only that, but I still haven't received any points from the last few times i've been there since last week especially when there was an issue on the very first day that we went there. And they said they were gonna help figure it out. And they haven't done anything about it.
