- SOScott OlsonDec 14, 20253.0I honestly am tired of having to ask for a full cup of coffee when I order a macchiato!! Today was the last time, I received a cup with less than a small cup in a medium order.. I'm certainly thankful that they don't do safety repairs to your vehicle or something important! The workforce is getting pathetic and don't understand what it means to be in customer service anymore! I'll go 100 yards in the other direction to starbucks where they at least fill your cup according to what you order! DUNKIN--- DO BETTER AT TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES!! you can feel the weight of liquid or the lack of in the cup! It's truly not rocket science. Sorry but you must do better or your customer list will Def go down.

I waited 25 minutes for my food it should of only taken 2-3 minutes for my food. I was a district manager in CT for years this Dunkin is slacking in management. Plus I got sick from the food not to mention they run out of everything and don't and don't replace it
