They were cussing about the drive through and that the milkshake machine hasn't worked all day and they had to slam the pitcher hard on the counter three times in front of us. We decided to leave and they cussed us out and yelled at us on our way out. We went somewhere else. An employee should never act up and cuss in front of and at customers. Do that in private. Don't take out a bad day on innocent customers.

She was saying that they didn’t have it when I used my own two eyes and saw it on the board and she started getting rude with me. I will not be visiting this place again. I can’t stand bad customer service. Not gonna lie they have some good ice cream but if you see the red haired woman working your best bet is just to leave and go somewhere else. Because it’s just not worth it for someone being rude to you.

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
