Waited five minutes behind only one car at the drive up ordering station.
I finally parked the car and went inside. Saw three or four people working in the back, nobody at the counter.
Waited several minutes before somebody came up to take my order.
The order looked nothing like the picture on the coupon.
So sad that one of my favorite fast food eateries has gotten so bad!!

I ordered the classic roast before it was put together haphazardly. Fries were really good, i got the curly fries and a cup of cheese sauce. The jamocha shake never disappoints. The guy working drive through did really well. I like his vibe from the beginning. The prices aren't too bad I suppose.

Gave a 5 because I like Arby's food and don't want to lose this place on the south end but the crew on Jan. 27th 2026 at 730 pm will have something else there in no time. Waiting in line for 2 beef n cheddars sandwich only with 2 cars in front for 10 minutes to get to window I thought my order would be handed out quickly. No I waited another 5 minutes for my order to be passed to me by an employee who said nothing and just passed the bag to me. Not gonna cut it for long in MI
