I always got Pistachio and it was horrible with no flavor the last 3x I got it so tonight I got Choc.Chip Cookie Dough. There ago no taste at all. I even made my hubby taste mine tonight and he said Bland as Bland can be. We usually go 1x aweek, but unless they put the flavor back in we won't be returning and we loved it. We're locals too! Got his Birthday cake, Ice-cream cake with Gold Medal Ribbon and we had to trash it last week w/ white icing, chocolate cake, no taste at all again. The cake itself was dry as a bone. Please make sure a manager gets this. We've loved this place for yard.

Today was my second and last ever visit. Employee dress code - nonexistent. Everyone looked like they just got out of bed just in time to open up.. Hair hastily thrown up, Jean shorts and various t-shirts. Serving and preparing food with no hairnets. Asked a question at drive thru and response was "huh"? My order was wrong so I drove around building, got back in line and reported that my frozen coffee had sugar in it. I had ordered with cream only as I do with all of my coffee. Everyone got flustered and then said that they did not know how to make it without sugar. I told them that I had gotten one there last week with no problem. Never once did anyone respond directly to me with I'm sorry but just kept going around in circles with each other in frustration. Since I had ice cream in my car, I politely asked for my money back around the same time a new coffee was delivered. They were going to take the cash back at that point until someone told the cashier to let me keep it and the coffee. What a cluster! I forgot to look at their sanitation rating. Don't know if it was posted at drive thru as it should be. Previous reviews don't look good either. Have to blame the franchise owner for this sloppiness!! Krispy Kreme, I will never "cheat" on you again!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
