Food finally came to the table cold… Sent it back, told them to take it off the bill. Food was comped, but I won’t be back. Apparently more and more restaurants are catering to their uber eats and other to go services than customers that take the time to drive to their location to eat… Left hungry and pissed off…

Always checking on us to make sure we were happy with the food quality and if you need anything else. When you come back, please ask for Sydney. We will be sure to do that.

The Short Brunett hostess sd their was a 15 minute wait. Mean while sat 3 other tables in the bar booths. The restaurant was extremely, I mean extremely empty. So hostess sits us in the restaurant. I said I asked for a booth in the bar, 3 were empty!!! We took our table in the restaurant, Pam and Andrew were excellent, once they showed up 15 minutes after being seated. Problem I see is you have extremely RUDE low life staff addressing customers. I have no make up on, my son lives in the deep country and has hair twice as long as mine. Your front staff made a HUGE judgemental call on me and my son and his wife. Treated us like low life TRASH. BAD MISTAKE. My bill was 131$ , my tip was 45$. Not to mention I spent 300$ there in August, left 65$ tip. The management needs SERIOUS REVIEW and to be evaluated for hiring employees that judge people based on their appearance. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT CARRABAS IN MURRELLS INLET.
