- CSChristopher Smith2 days ago1.0Me and my family went to thos location of Carrabba's. Are server was very attentive. Until our food came and then we never saw her again. My wife's food was cold. We could not get her attention to come back to the table.To address the problem. So I had to take the issue to the kitchen myself. Even after we had this issue, she never came to the table again. We asked for a different plate chicken alfredo and it took another fifteen to twenty minutes to get it to the table. I find this unacceptable.The restaurant was not busy.They had plenty of staff, very few tables were seated, and I don't understand why it took this long to get anything done. We were offered a free dessert on our next visit.But there will be not a there will not be another visit today's this location.

Our food was left to sit for well in excess of 35 minutes. The delivery was over an hour and 15 minutes late. Needless to say the food arrived cold and stale. While having addressed the issues with the delivery service, the absolutely awful quality of the food has left me questioning what is going on. As referenced in the photos, the food wasn’t palatable or edible.

I misplaced the business card that I had requested after our family was SO well cared for by this very personable, and tremendously helpful gentleman. Our party included our two year old granddaughter, our four year old grandson, and our adult son who lives with autism, as well as seven other family members. From the youngest (2) to the oldest (81,) each was treated with the utmost kindness and patience. What a wonderful 62nd birthday for my precious husband!! James is a credit to Carabas in every possible manner. My only regret is that I cannot leave more than 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
