Half the menu might as well not exist because it’s “unavailable,” “out,” or “online only.” It feels like nobody is running this place. The service is awful. The staff looks completely untrained, unprepared, and frustrated, and it shows in every interaction. The whole restaurant has this miserable, chaotic energy where everyone seems stressed, annoyed, or checked out. It’s uncomfortable to stand in there, let alone order food. I’ve given this location more chances than it deserved, and it fails every time. It’s one of the worst-run restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’m done with this place for good, and anyone thinking about going should save themselves the frustration.

- TDTom DNov 9, 20251.0Worst chipotle ever. I should have left when I overheard another customer tell others in line "Good Luck." Ran out of white rice, which is a staple in pretty much everything they serve. Then the employees started arguing about it and swearing to each other in front of a line full of people. One employee answered her cell phone and was yelling over her phone while also complaining about being however many orders behind. Pretty sure that was the only multi tasking being done. Once we got food, we asked to get fountain drinks, which was out of CO2, so no drinks either. The place was so dirty inside, we went to eat on the tables outside. The employee sitting there smoking, told us we couldn't sit there because the outside area was closed, even though there were others sitting there eating. She should probably worry more about making some rice than where I sit outside. This place needs a full gut job, including staff, management and probably even the owner.
