Arrived for lunch just after opening. Outside there is trash all over the place and the gates for the dumpsters are wide open. Inside, it appears no one felt like cleaning up at closing or prior to opening this morning. Dirty floors and tables. Stale chips and cold queso. Iced tea wasn’t worth drinking. It’s as if the staff has no interest in making it a pleasant experience for the customer.

So we put back up the containers that he had left out and the rude lady with curly braids started yelling across the store at us. The nice register worker apologized for her embarrassing actions.

They were jumping the line in assembling the food so we ended getting charged for someone else’s food because it was out of order. The chips were stale. The food was not carefully assembled at all. This Chipotle needs corporate intervention.

But the “employees” here are glorified children who DO NOT care about you or your experience. They actually act like it’s an inconvenience that they have to work. They were extremely rude to me when I was just trying to pickup a mobile order and laughed in my face when it was wrong. PLEASE SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN OR FIRE THESE CLOWNS. The lack of common courtesy, basic human empathy and just rude to anyone who walks in. A disgusting waste of space and definitely should not be in customer facing positions. I’m appalled by the actual malice and genuine disrespect these employees subject me and many others too. Thanks for nothing!
