  Slow drivethrough! I waited about 15 mins just for them to even acknowledge I was there. Then took another 10 mins or so to get my order.

  Lady running the place was yelling and fussing at all the employees. 3rd time at two stores cut in half on receipt but not done. Lost my cookie...they literally took my cookie from rewards.

  Completed an online order at 11:56am and it is currently 1:02pm and my order has still not arrived. I have done several online orders at this Jimmy John's and every time this happens. I try and be understanding as they previously have said they are understaffed, but I now believe this is a pattern and consistent issue with this location. I have not had issues with the products but it is most definitely NOT FREAKY FAST.
