  Completed an online order at 11:56am and it is currently 1:02pm and my order has still not arrived. I have done several online orders at this Jimmy John's and every time this happens. I try and be understanding as they previously have said they are understaffed, but I now believe this is a pattern and consistent issue with this location. I have not had issues with the products but it is most definitely NOT FREAKY FAST.

  A bit upset on the fact I got a sandwich with such little amount of turkey and one thin small slice of bacon. One slice of turkey. I Had to add more mayo. There was an extremely thin amount of mayo. The tomatoes were fresh though, so I guess that’s a good thing. The staff upfront was friendly as well!

  Banfield Pet Hospital had an event for all employees. Jimmy Johns went above and beyond they were efficient, organized and best part they added a buffet of pickles to our order hence the 5 star review. Thank you so much from Banfield to yours, for making our experience a great one.

  wow is all I can say.. i used the online tracker and not even 3 minutes later it was already out for delivery. First time ever having Jimmy johns. I've always been a subway girl . But j decided delivery today was my option . I am no longer a subway girl. Food is fresh. Tastes great! Delivery was fast . And let's not forget the delivery driver . I really wish I knew his name . He has a florida area code though.. he was super sweet, energetic, and very positive. Great job. I am more than satisfied with the experience all around !

  I live in the Old Village, less than 2 miles away, and that's outside their delivery range. What the hell?
