Even when unforeseen situations occur, they always do their best to make things right. This past Halloween night everything was super busy as to be expected; I pre-order a day in advance thinking that would've been enough time, but others pre-ordered before me, which I understand. We ended up having to wait longer than the time we had requested our order, But the manager was totally nice about it, kept her cool and did the best she could with the crazy busy situation at hand. She Never got rude or anything like that which is hard to do under those kinds of pressures! We ended up having to come back a second time to pick up our order since it wasn't ready, but the manager even called me by phone in addition to having the tracker on the app, just to let me know our order was ready. I didn't notice it until the following day, but she even gave us a credit for a pizza in the future due to the inconvenience. I appreciate her extra effort and great customer service...which is rare these days! We will continue ordering from here in the future!
