  This is a shout-out to the girl working the drive-thru today (2/22/26 at 3:40 PM) — a masterclass in how not to do customer service. The attitude? Giving strong “cranky 6-year-old who missed nap time” energy. And let’s talk about the confidence in arguing basic facts. If the sign at Taco Bell clearly states when happy hour begins — including on weekends — maybe, just maybe, telling customers they’re wrong isn’t the bold strategy you think it is. Customer service tip of the day: when the sign is on the customer’s side, doubling down doesn’t make you right… it just makes you loud.

  Literally every time we go here (mostly drive thru) we end up with 1 or more missing items. Every. Single. Time. It's ridiculous. What is the point of putting stickers with # of items on the bag if employees can't even put the items in the bag?

  Grilled cheese burrito. Just make sure you ask them to grill it. Gave an extra star because the lady was nice

  Ordered online for pickup. Got there and ‘lobby closed’ was on door. 7pm on a Saturday. Made me go to drive-thru. 30 min wait. Unreal
